Professional Development Co-Curricular Experience Components The PDCCE puts all the aspects of your program together that can help you with your overall professional development. At the center of the program and the experience are the curricular components, your coursework and the PWE. Around those curricular components are opportunities to apply theory to practice, develop your professional development plan, and specifically build skills and relationships that can be helpful in your career and professional growth.

Professional Development Plan 

Your Professional Development Plan includes ways to build skills, develop relationships, and understand more about professional organizations.
