Government (Knapp) Library at 919.962.2760. Frank Alford and Yadira Conyers are happy to help students in the Knapp library. Email them at library@sog.unc.edu for assistance. Books are currently available for contactless pickup on the second floor of the SOG. The physical library space is currently open 9:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Computers in the School of Government (Knapp) Library are available for student use. Students will need to sign in with ONYEN and password. Although MPA students have had their ONYENS entered into the system, they may use the following if they have difficulty accessing the computers:

All MPA students should regularly check their University Email, or Heelmail, on a regular basis. This is the official means of communication between the university and all students. The MPA Program will regularly send out information regarding events, course registration, and more via email. All students will also need to keep their ONYEN and password active in order to register for courses and access university-based intranets.
All students will have access to Heelmail and all ONYEN-based applications approximately 180 days past their graduation or discontinuation, as they will not be able to update their password. Please be sure to download any information that will be needed past this date.
In addition, ITS has provided this video to help all students leaving the university go through a Tech Checklist prior to leaving.
